Learn to Meditate
This course is ideal if you want to learn how to meditate on your own without any apps and create a regular meditation practice that works and creates positive change in your life.
This technique is mantra based and has been modernised from the ancient traditional Vedic meditation that has been practiced for thousands of years.
You'll begin to experience results from the first session with benefits unfolding with an ongoing daily practice.
No prior meditation experience required.
COURSE STRUCTURE
DAY 1 - Receiving the Mantra & Learning the Technique
We explore why we want to learn how to meditate.
The reasons why we meditate and physical/ emotional benefits.
The mantra is given, the technique taught and we meditate for the first time together. We end the session with Q&A.
DAY 2 - Diving into the technique and
We open by sharing our experience of meditating on our own. We recap on the technique and ensure everyone has a practical and theoretical understanding. We explore the relationship between the mind, body and nervous system. We then meditate as a group and open up for Q&A.
DAY 3 - Deepen our Understanding of the Technique
We open by sharing our experience of meditating on our own. As a collective, we dive into the science around meditation. We talk about meditation in our eyes open experience. We recap on the technique and meditate as a group, reflect on our experiences and walk away as an independent meditator.
